Angie Byars / George Burchell Angie Byars provided Home Health Care quadruplegic multiple sclerosis patient Geroge Burchell for 20 years before a fateful automobile breakdown left their home vulnerable to police intrusion. Summoned on a non-emergency call by a concerned neighbor while Angie was stranded on the road, police then confiscated George's medical marijuana garden and placed him in a hospital. George's physician wrote a note to police requesting that the medical marijuana be returned, but the Doctor's reccomendation was ignored. Unable to swallow or breathe properly without his medication, George died about six weeks after the raid. No one has been charged with any crime in this tragic example of misguided justice.
